Green Season FAQ

1.    Can I bring in an outside catering company? The Caledon Ski Club offers full food and beverage services led by our experience F&B Manager. While we don’t allow outside caters, we do allow speciality items like pastries or cakes. Please just ask us!
 
2.    Do you have rentals like party tents, tables and chairs? We have standard tables and chairs, black table linens and black pipe and drape. We can also help you arrange rental items from our preferred rental companies. 

3.    What are your rental periods? Our prime rental periods are April – June and September to November.

4.    A/V equipment: Both lodges are equiped with speakers, a projector screen, projector and microphone. For an easy hookup, a laptop with a standard HDMI port is required.
